Hot Tea for Hot Tea Month – Citrus for Winter Blues Tea

1 tsp spearmint
1 tsp dried lemongrass
½ tsp elderberries½ tsp rose buds½ tsp lavender buds½ tsp chamomile Â½ tsp raspberry
leaf
Pinch of orange peel  

Mix ingredients together well.  Store in an airtight container. To Brew: Bring cool water to a
boil.  Place 1 tsp of the tea blend in a tea infuser, pour 1 cup of
boiling water over and allow to steep for 3 – 5 minutes, preferably in a
