Ingredients:

1 cup epsom salt

1 cup pink himalayan salt

1 cup baking soda

½ cup ginger c/s root (not powder)

½ cup lavender flowers

25 drop lavender essential oil

5 drop ginger essential oil

5 drops clove essential oil

How to make a bath soak:

add the salts and baking soda into a large mixing bowl (make sure it’s a bowl that is okay to get some essential oils on it)

mix well

add in the essential oils and herbs

mix well

Store in glass jars

add ¼ – ½ cup to your bath

If you don’t want to have to clean up a mess in your bathtub afterward, you can put your mix in a muslin or organza bag.
